We are seeking a Procurement Process Innovation Manager to champion the adoption and integration of AI and digital tools within procurement operations. This role is focused on facilitating user engagement, driving process innovation, and ensuring successful implementation of digital solutions developed by technical teams.
The ideal candidate brings strong functional knowledge of procurement processes and excels at working with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights.
As a Procurement Process Innovation manager - AI & Digital Enhancement, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the primary liaison between procurement users and AI and BPO teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
- Analyzing and mapping current procurement processes (e.g., RFQ, PO, invoicing, supplier onboarding) to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for digital enablement.
- Promoting a digital-first culture by facilitating training, onboarding, and change management for AI-enabled tools.
- Supporting the definition of technology roadmaps in collaboration with the BPO and AI teams, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Leading the operational rollout of AI-powered solutions such as automated RFQ qualification, GenAI document handling, and digital procurement agents.
- Coordinating feedback loops with users to continuously improve solution usability and effectiveness.
- Contributing to the AI use case prioritization matrix, helping align initiatives with strategic sourcing goals.
- Ensuring compliance and process integrity during digital transitions.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Have 7+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing, with a strong focus on process improvement and digital adoption.
- Have familiarity with AI applications in procurement (e.g., automation, chatbots, analytics) is a plus.
- Have good communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and drive adoption.
- Have experience in change management, training, or user enablement is highly valued.
- Have project management skills and a user-centric mindset are essential.
