Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tender Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of public hospital tenders and offers. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely and compliant submissions, collaborating closely with both internal stakeholders and external customers. This role is critical to supporting our commercial strategy and ensuring competitiveness in the public procurement space.
Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Manage the end-to-end tender process for public hospital procurement, from opportunity identification to submission and post-award follow-up.
- Collaborate with the sales force, pricing, legal, and supply chain teams to gather required documentation and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with public hospital customers, ensuring clarity and responsiveness throughout the tender process.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements related to public procurement.
- Monitor tender portals and proactively identify relevant opportunities.
- Prepare and submit accurate and competitive offers using internal tools and systems.
- Maintain and update tender documentation and records in SAP and other internal systems.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) for reporting, communication, and documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the tender team.

What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in tender management, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector
- Strong knowledge of public procurement regulations and procedures in Italy.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (both written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Experience working in a matrix organization
- Familiarity with hospital procurement platforms and e-procurement tools
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high level of accountability
