In this position, you will work with cross-functional teams to design and deliver digital innovation and transformation solutions across various industries. Leveraging your industry expertise, you will guide clients in navigating technology-driven organizational changes and capitalize on your client management skills to forge strong relationships and identify new business prospects.
Responsibilities
- Provide clients with insights into the latest technological trends, acting as a trusted advisor
- Collaborate across diverse teams to deliver transformative, technology-focused projects
- Evaluate client opportunities with support from sales/pre-sales teams, engage in RFP responses, draft proposals, present to clients, establish senior relationships, and help secure new business agreements
- Define the scope for consulting engagements, recommend optimal operating models, organize project teams, and manage the transition from sales to delivery phases
- Stay informed on emerging market trends, opportunities, and challenges within our clients' sectors, offering valuable insights for their business strategies and initiatives
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients, external partners, and internal stakeholders to maximize business growth and portfolio value
- Align with overall Business Unit objectives, contributing to financial goals such as revenue and profitability targets
Requirements
- Broad and deep knowledge of IT, software engineering, or digital transformation services
- Extensive background in leadership roles focused on digital and innovative technologies, or similar experience from a recognized consultancy
- Significant experience working with clients; familiarity with the Energy sector is a plus
- Flexibility to travel as required
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage client engagements successfully in high-pressure environments and deliver digital transformation programs effectively
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, quantitative skills, negotiation capabilities, and commitment to diversity
- Fluency in spoken and written Italian and English
