Job Description
Within the Visual Merchandising department, the Visual Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for the preparation and coordination with the regions for all Visual Merchandising guidelines within the retail network.
Working closely with the Head of Global Visual Merchandising, you will be responsible for deploying the strategy across the network.
How you will Contribute:
- Create and coordinate the rollout of seasonal Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines for global implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, marketing, retail, and merchandising to align on visual strategy.
- Translate creative concepts into structured, easy-to-follow documents and toolkits for regional VM teams.
- Manage timelines, content development, and production of digital and print guideline materials.
- Ensure consistency in brand presentation across all retail formats and regions.
- Gather feedback from regional teams to continuously improve the clarity and effectiveness of VM guidelines.
- Active participation in VM showroom, window installations and store launches.
Who you are :
You have significant experience in a similar Headquarters or Retail role within the Fashion/Luxury sector, involving the management of large-scale field and ideally international projects.
- A passion for product, strong aesthetic sensibility, and creativity, enabling you to be relevant, autonomous, and proactive.
- Strong fashion/style sensibility and an interest in all creative and artistic fields.
- Energetic, excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, and recognized for your ability to clearly express a creative vision to diverse stakeholders.
- Rigorous, detail-oriented, and well-organized, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with diligence and speed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and SketchUp, with excellent written and spoken English.
