To support our Company’s growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Indirect Procurement Buyer – General Services & Facilities to join our Procurement Department and take full ownership of the entire procurement cycle for indirect goods and services, ensuring process efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

DUTIES
As an Indirect Procurement Buyer – General Services & Facilities you will manage indirect procurement processes, ensure supplier qualification and performance, optimize cost, and support operational continuity across the organization. You will work cross-functionally with multiple departments to support both operational and strategic needs, covering a wide range of categories including general services, facility management, consulting, and more.
The activities will include (but are not limited to):
Procurement Strategy & Supplier Management:
- Purchase indirect goods and services (e.g., stationery, IT, consulting, facility services, travel, utilities, maintenance) in line with Company needs and budget targets;
- Conduct supplier scouting to identify new providers and develop strategic partnerships;
- Monitor the supplier market to anticipate trends, risks, and opportunities;
- Evaluate and manage supplier performance, fostering continuous improvement initiatives.
Contract Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal departments (HR, IT, Legal, Facility, Finance) to define both technical and contractual requirements;
- Draft, negotiate, and manage supply and service contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation;
- Support the definition and implementation of sourcing strategies for new or evolving business needs.
Negotiation & Cost Optimization:
- Negotiate pricing and contractual conditions with suppliers, including framework agreements and long-term service contracts;
- Implement Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) strategies to optimize overall expenditure;
- Analyze procurement costs and identify saving opportunities across all indirect categories.
Digitalization & Data Analysis:
- Support the digitalization of procurement processes through ERP systems and e-procurement tools;
- Track and report key procurement KPIs to support decision-making and performance monitoring.

Operational Excellence & Compliance:
- Maintain and update supplier master data and purchasing parameters in the Company’s systems;
- Manage non-conformities and drive supplier improvement plans;
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and applicable laws and regulations.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar procurement role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication in English.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Previous experience in indirect procurement, preferably within structured industrial environments;
- Solid understanding of purchasing contracts and financial principles;
- Good knowledge of procurement tools and processes (ERP, e-procurement systems);
- Familiarity with regulations and best practices related to service and facility contracts;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization and contribute to the evolution of the procurement function;
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage evolving needs and priorities;
- Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
