About the Role:

We are currently looking for a motivated Master’s student to join our Procurement Supply Chain team for a 6-month Internship that promises real impact and professional growth.
As part of our Italian Business Unit, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation. This is more than just an internship — it’s a chance to dive deep into category management, contribute to key projects, and build a strong foundation for your future career.
Main Responsibilities:
The internship involves supporting category strategy and ensuring alignment with budget objectives, conducting market analysis, and evaluating supplier offers. It includes collaborating on purchasing policies and quality standards, tracking sourcing events and savings, and assisting with Purchase Orders and contract updates. The role also covers scouting and selecting suppliers based on cost, quality, and risk, while fostering sustainable supplier relationships. Additionally, the intern will support contract definition and risk mitigation, prepare negotiation scenarios with business and finance teams, and manage the contract lifecycle, including monitoring key performance indicators.
Who we are looking for:
The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Management and demonstrates a dynamic, proactive attitude. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are essential to engage internal stakeholders effectively. The role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment, prioritize tasks, and implement corrective actions when needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, procurement platforms, and SAP ERP is expected, along with fluency in both English and Italian.
