Nikolaus Bagnara is an important and leading company in the processing of natural stone with several production sites and worldwide export with the aim of providing excellent product quality and first-class customer service. We are looking for a Sales Manager for Europe and the DACH region to join our team


Your tasks:

  • Management and support of the international sales force and internal sales staff
  • Market development and expansion of the international customer network
  • Strategic development, planning, implementation and monitoring of the sales strategy
  • Identifying customer needs and translating them into needs-based solutions
  • Planning and implementation of agreed targets and reporting directly to management

Your profile:

  • Completed business administration or comparable studies, alternatively commercial training with several years of international professional experience as a Sales Manager
  • The candidate must have excellent leadership and sales team management skills, actively supporting employees, enhancing their skills, and fostering their professional growth
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience in the natural stone sector is an advantage
  • Necessary language skills: German, Italian and English
  • Communication skills, negotiating skills, assertiveness
