What you’ll be doing
As a Senior HR Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in optimizing our entire employee lifecycle and ensuring HR compliance and efficiency. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
Oversee employee lifecycle management - By optimizing processes from onboarding to offboarding, including contract drafting, coordinating promotions, managing organizational changes, and handling terminations in line with legal requirements.
Execute HR administrative tasks - By managing payroll preparation, updating and communicating company policies, and addressing employee inquiries effectively.
Ensure timely payroll execution - By coordinating closely with our outsourced provider to maintain compliance.
Collaborate with HRBPs and other departments - By co-creating solutions and successfully implementing HR programs.
Maintain HRIS data integrity - By overseeing the quality and accuracy of employee records, including hires, terminations, and leaves.
Participate in HRIS evaluation and implementation - By supporting the customization and integration of new HRIS solutions with other business platforms.
Analyze HR data and provide insights - By collecting and reporting on HR metrics through dashboards and KPIs to senior leadership.

Who we’re looking for

Bachelor’s Degree - In Economics/Business Administration or a related field.
Proven HR Operations Experience - With 3+ years in HR operations, ideally in a senior specialist or expert role, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the entire employee lifecycle.
Strong HR Administration Skills - Including payroll preparation, policy updates, and efficient HR inquiry resolution. Experience in a Labour Consulting Firm (Consulente del Lavoro) is a plus.
Knowledge of CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria and CCNL Terziario / Commercio.
HRIS Proficiency - Including data integrity, system maintenance, and experience in evaluating, selecting, customizing, and integrating HRIS solutions.
Excellent Communication Skills - Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Data-Driven Mindset - With strong analytical skills to optimize processes and inform decision-making using HR data.
Problem-Solving & Advisory Skills - With a proven ability to resolve complex HR issues and provide clear, compliant solutions.
