He/She will report to the Plant Industrial Engineering Manager and be part of the industrial engineering team of 14 People.
He/She will be the Management point of contact for Customer options key decision and escalation.

- He/She interacts with CO (customer options) offers dept, Demand Planning in order to gurantee lead times and all other Customers requirements working with an horizon of 6/12 months in advance
- He/She interacts with all the departments in order to study the CO trends and technical requirements for the production
- He/She ensures all departments work together to reach final targets ensuring deliverables are on time.
- He/She is responsible for regularly report KPI status to the management
- He/She is charge of ensuring that SQPDC (Safety,Quality,People, Delivery, Cost) targets for this product line are met.
- He/She interacts with technical departments in order to have all instructions and fixtures available
- He/She is the Plant point of contact in case of Customer Escalation
- He/She will set the tone and enhance his/her Value stream, and be ready to actively bring and discuss with management proposals for improvement
Tasks and Qualifications:
- Highly recommended Engineering Degree
- Minimum of 4-5 years experience in Operations
- Strong background in managing variability, demostrable experience in VUCA context.
- Pragmatic and priority driven
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong facilitator background
- Good understanding of Lean Organization and Agile
- Strong sense of Accountability
- Preferred international background
- Fluency in English mandatory
