- Manage and coordinate daily administrative activities across departments
- Support logistics operations and handle facility-related requests and resources
- Assist with HR administrative processes and employee documentation
- Communicate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and China Headquarters
- Prepare and submit regular administrative reports to local offices and China Headquarters
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent background in administration, business, or similar fields
- Fluent in English and Italian; Chinese language skills are an advantage
- Excellent communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Flexible and open to occasional business trips
