Job Description

We are currently seeking an After Sales and Reverse Process Engineer who will report to the After Sales and Reverse Process Manager as part of our dynamic team in Scandicci.

Your opportunity

You will join the After Sales and Reverse Process Engineering team, in charge of designing and developing post-sales assistance and reverse logistic processes globally. You will work closely with the IT department with the aim to develop procedures and tools to both ensure traceability/visibility of the end-to-end process and meet customer experience and expectations. You will also be involved in the definition of KPIs to analyze and measure After Sales and Reverse performance and in the training of the people involved in the process, including stores,  warehouses, customer service and production units.
