We are currently seeking SAP SCM SD/MM Expert to join our SAP Supply Chain dynamic team in Milan, reporting to the SAP Allocation & Replenishment Lead.
Your opportunity
You will be responsible for providing high quality support services related to the applications used across Kering’s luxury brands. You will manage and support the delivering of the global ERP implementation at Kering, in close partnership with Business Process Owners, Change Management and IT Solution Integration teams.
How you will contribute
- Participate in fit/gap analysis and detailed design phases; prepare documentation and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders (BPO/BPE)
- Configure SAP SD-LE and MM-LE modules; prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation
- Coordinate development of interfaces and enhancements with delivery teams, suppliers, developers, and colleagues
- Ensure adherence to defined quality standards and business specifications
- Test future-state business solutions and manage internal tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, SharePoint) for testing and documentation
- Assist in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, address issues, and secure final sign-off
- Collaborate with the adoption team to create training materials and deliver end-user training sessions
- Provide hypercare support and facilitate the transition to the Application Management Services (AMS)
- Work closely with colleagues from other Kering Technology domains, actively contributing to a collaborative, service-oriented environment
- Proactively communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to ensure alignment and successful project and assignment outcomes
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in SAP ERP projects, including at least one full-lifecycle implementation; international project exposure is a plus
- Strong expertise in one or more of the following SAP modules: SD, MM, or LE
- Good understanding of logistics and distribution processes within the luxury and retail industry (order allocation, replenishment, logistics execution)
- Familiarity with the fashion and luxury sector is a plus
- Experience with SAP FMS and planning systems, S/4HANA is a plus
- Experience with traditional waterfall project methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Service-oriented team player with a proactive, results-driven mindset
- Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
