We’re seeking an Account Manager with expertise in IT and software engineering services to join our Milan-based team.

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in the success of this account, handling responsibilities in commercial management, identifying new opportunities, and delivery governance.
In this capacity, you will work with cross-functional teams to consult, design, and implement digital transformation solutions for clients in various industries. Leveraging industry expertise and experience, you will help organizations achieve transformation across critical focus areas. You’ll also rely on client management skills to build relationships and uncover opportunities for business growth.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights into emerging technology trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformation projects across diverse domains
- Assess opportunities with the sales/pre-sales teams, develop RFP responses, create proposals and presentations, establish senior relationships with clients, and secure new contracts
- Shape consulting engagements, define operating models, organize project teams, and oversee the transition from sales to delivery phases
- Keep updated on current trends, market challenges, and unique opportunities to guide clients’ strategic decisions
- Build and nurture strong relationships at senior levels with clients, partners, and internal teams to drive business unit and portfolio growth
- Align with business unit objectives and support financial goals, including meeting revenue and profit targets
Requirements
- Comprehensive expertise in IT, software engineering, or digital transformation services
- Experience in strategic, digital, and innovative technology-related leadership roles or in a respected consultancy practice
- Industry knowledge, with experience working with clients (Energy sector experience is a plus)
- Flexibility to travel as required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement with senior stakeholders
- Proven success in managing client engagements in dynamic environments while overseeing digital transformation initiatives to completion
- Commercial acumen with proven abilities in strategy, numeric analysis, negotiation, and diversity advocacy
- Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English
