We’re seeking an Account Manager with expertise in IT and software engineering services to join our team in Milan.

You will collaborate with top-tier engineering, digital innovation, and design teams to define and realize product visions. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of this account, with responsibilities encompassing commercial oversight, identifying business opportunities, and governing project delivery.
In this position, you will coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to advise, design, and deliver digital innovation and transformation solutions for clients across diverse industries. Using your industry expertise, you’ll transform organizational processes through technology, while cultivating client relationships to uncover opportunities for the broader business.
Responsibilities
- Provide advice to clients as a trusted advisor, focusing on the latest advancements in technology
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive transformation initiatives across multiple domains
- Analyze client needs alongside sales and pre-sales teams, prepare RFPs, create proposals, present solutions, foster senior-level client relationships, and facilitate deal closures
- Define and frame consulting engagements, design optimal operating models, organize project teams, and manage the transition from sales to delivery phases
- Monitor trends, opportunities, and challenges in industries and markets relevant to our clients, offering insights into how these factors impact our clients’ strategies and efforts
- Build and sustain strong client relationships at senior levels, alongside partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, to unlock growth potential for the business unit
- Support Business Unit objectives and alignment with company financial goals, including profit and revenue targets
Requirements
- Knowledge of IT, software engineering, or digital transformation services at an advanced level
- Background in technology-focused leadership roles or expertise gained in leading consultancy practices
- Familiarity with clients in various industries; exposure to Energy sector clients is advantageous
- Flexibility to travel as required
- Skills in interpersonal and communication techniques suitable for collaboration with senior stakeholders
- Competency in managing client engagements in high-pressure settings and directing digital innovation transformation programs to completion
- Understanding of business principles, including strategic and commercial thinking, numeric proficiency, negotiation capabilities, and a commitment to diversity
- Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
