Key Account Manager Online

What you will do
You will join the Online Sales Team in Itay Market on a journey to achieve ambitious business growth and leadership objectives in the region. As KAM Online you need to be passionate, proactive, self-driven and motivated to join a team of open-minded individuals. You will be responsible for managing strategic costumer accounts at a national level, maximizing all opportunities for sales within the accounts.
- Managing online accounts for the company (Amazon, Pure players, Click & Mortar) and building relationships with key personnel.
- Networking within national accounts in order to secure all business opportunities.
- Ensuring internal company functions giving the highest level of customer service to national accounts.
- Monitoring incoming orders and ensuring these are fulfilled effectively.
- Holding regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about key accounts.
- Investigating and resolving queries and issues raised by national accounts.
- Taking a proactive approach to account management.
- Arranging meetings with all relevant decision makers within the customer.
- Holding business reviews to assess opportunities for sales.
What you need to succeed
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field.
Professional Experience: 1–3 years of experience within the Consumer Electronics, SDA or MDA Market
Must have
- Proactive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to lead cross-functional activities.
- Clients management skills
- Sales and Business Development experience and proof of this
- Marketing Background
- Team working
- Familiarity with Consumer Electronic Goods markets
Languages: Fluent in English and Italian
